Summary:
Assists the community association with enforcement of their governing documents and rules by routinely conducting visual inspections of the community and citing owners for non-compliance.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
o Correspond/respond to inquiries via email or phone with individual owners and provide resolution to question or concerns in a timely fashion o Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors at all times o Keep a daily log of the visits to communities o Maintain all compliance with residents o Act professionally and responsibility when handling sensitive compliance situations o Perform walking inspections at managers' discretion o Conduct regular inspections of site, where needed o Violation prep/data entry/generating violations letters o Keeping a log of all calls/email correspondence o Setting up violations for new contracts according to their written policies o Backing up Support Team (phones and emails) as needed o Review appeals for waivers and extensions o Maintain Inspection Schedule o Maintain Fine Log o Maintain scheduling of vehicle maintenance Physical Requirements o Capable of working extended hours, to include evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.
o Must be able to speak English in a clear and understandable voice so that various types of communications may be conducted with people of various levels of education and capabilities, to include the exchange and receipt of information over the telephone.
o Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying and moving objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
This movement can occur throughout the day.
Must also be able to climb several flights of stairs if necessary.
o This position will alternate between working indoors in a controlled climate and with proper lighting, to an outdoors setting with variable climate and lighting.
o Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills.
Environmental Requirements o Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and delays.
Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances.
For safety reasons, employee must remain alert to working conditions and aware of safety, health, and environmental concerns.
Reporting Responsibility:
Reports directly to Supervisor or Community Manager Salary $20-$25 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
