Director of ICU
An exciting opportunity is available in eastern Maryland as Director of ICU! Come be a part of a hospital that is always growing and adapting to their community needs.
This 100-bed facility, with several awards is seeking a Director of ICU role to lead a strong team of ICU nurse and support staff.
This role offers a chance to impact patient care and quality of care while creating an efficient and compassionate team.
In coordination with the Chief Nurse Executive, you will provide leadership and direction to the ICU staff to ensure the quality, safety and financial goals are met.
You will oversee 18 a total of 24 staff members.
Candidates with a bachelor's degree and/or master's degree, with at least 5 years' experience in critical care and has leadership experience will earn quick interviews.
After a hard day's work, you can go visit a vineyard for some wine on a nice evening.
Visit historical sites.
If hiking and exploring the outside is more up your alley, there are several spots to get adventure.
Visit local breweries and experience different craft drinks or even sit down at several different restaurants to try different foods.
