Retail DKH Duties:
- Ensure excellent customer service by providing assistance and resolving customer complaints or issues - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team to ensure adequate stock availability - Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation and maximize sales - Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share - Handle administrative tasks such as cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and record keeping - Maintain a clean and organized store environment Requirements:
