Supports the efforts of the Marketing & Communications Coordinator Coordinates the launch and management of Google Ad campaigns Provides recommendations and executes strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network and other facets of paid search Effectively communicates campaign results and recommendations for better performance to internal team members Assists with producing and distributing press packets and other media materials Works with the Foundation's Departmental staff and volunteers as directed Assists with writing content for promoting the Foundation's experiences, historic sites, events Assists with coordinating exposure for seasonal features, programs and other events in print and online Assists with updating community and media event calendars to ensure they are updated with current, accurate event details Assists with organizing inventory for all marketing materials such as brochures, posters, signage, displays, travel show materials, etc.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the GF website Assists with updating content on website as needed Assists with fielding of media requests and disseminates project information via phone and email internally and externally Assists with coordinating film and photography shoot requests for the Foundation; serve as onsite contact when necessary Assists as needed with the creation of press releases, articles, speeches and other PR copy Assists with representing the Foundation at press and community events Assists in developing/tracking/reporting the Foundation's online presence and other new media venues Four-year college degree or trade school preferred or equivalent experience 1
year(s) previous experience in an office environment Must have superior time management, organizational skills with the ability to adapt and reprioritize projects to ensure deadlines are met Must be detail-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated Must have oral and written communications and proofreading skills, AP style of writing is a plus Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively in both written and verbal formats Comfortable with office technology and expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite:

year(s) of experience working in Google Ad campaigns, Google Certification is a plus Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and other website analytics tools Excellent technical understanding of online marketing campaigns and how different components work together to generate results Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects) Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors HTML and Kentico experience are a plus Job Type:
